Community Screenshots for Steam Store Page

Hey there Citizens,

We've been keeping an eye on all the great content you've been creating over the past year, and we've decided that we want to show it off to the world! In order to do that we're going to be updating our Steam Store Page with screenshots that you the players have taken! This isn't an official contest, just a chance for us to show off some of the great screenshots our players have taken during their time in StarMade.

Any really cool screenshots you've taken will do, great cinematic shots of space battles, picturesque scenes on a planet, or you and your closest friends (or greatest enemies) locked in intense astronaut combat. Try to make sure they're fairly recent (post-rail update will do), but whatever you'd like to share we'd love to see, just be sure that it's purely an in-game screenshot. No mods, no editing in image manipulation software, just the game in it's purest form.

Unfortunately we won't be able to use every screenshot we see, and we want to put them up fairly soon, so all players will have one week to get their screenshots shared. So by 11:59 GMT Monday June 20th we won't be accepting any more. To submit your screenshots just reply to this thread with the images and we'll check them out. We're all looking forward to seeing what you've got!

It's an impressive build, but we want to be as cautious as we can with potentially copyrighted material. Technically it most likely wouldn't be an issue, but we want to avoid any possibility of a complication.

I've been taking screen shots for a while it might take me some time to weed out some good ones and get them up.

I need to retake some image but these should be fine. The retakes are because I know the engine can do a WAY better job of those image NOW than it did then. This game is a love letter to every Sci-Fi fan and I thank the entire Schine team for all their work.

Is dangerous to go alone. Because there might be a few secrets lurking in that spoiler tag.

First up a CLASSIC. The legendary ghost ship "The Breadnought"

Next on our hit list: When the new skyboxes were introduced. LOVE the purple.

What we could do before wedges! The fighter on the back is fully wedged for contrast :3
I was trying to be artistic or w/e. This WAS before we got the secksier wedges and slabs.
That's a Kabar class salvager made for breaking Pirate bases. The Turrets are CT2s (Classic Turret 2) and the docked fighter on the back is a model I still use a lot called the Katar.

This one's a Biplane! (I based it loosely on The Spirit of Saint Louis.) This was also pre-slab.

A freighter (Tou class) with a full cargo of Peach Pods and two docked Katar escorts.

Drone sized Jackel fighter parked at an intersection in Deathmark City. Moultonlava5 did most of the detailing of the city itself.

Take a seat. We're just having fun. The introduction of slabs. Shoulda made it GREEN.

Millie's Burger in beautiful down town Deathmark City. Lunch served all day.

OK one pandering to the almighty grey one known as schema

More from Deathmark city! the Inner City Park. Or ICP. You can see Millie's Burger shutters. The greay mass of doors behind that tree to the left. Grab a combo meal and eat it at the park. Beautiful life.

A DMC civil defense tank. The dog-head does not move. Not even a wiggle.

Under construction. Exposed girders and a DMC civil defense Jackel sitting on the SR7 HQ.

Probably the best shot I ever took. A Breaker class ship backed by a frigid breaking dawn.
The Breaker is an ultra light corvette. This one is pictured without the dual CT2 turrets.

This here is the entryway of a new "Space-Yacht" I've been working on

Thought a shot of a small squadron of fighters would look cool. I'd say it turned out decently well


Figured I'd get a few action shots, so I took the Adjudicator over to a pirate station and let the turrets do their thing




Also, I just had to get one of the (super-laggy) death beam...


And of course, what better way to showcase StarMade than with a graphical glitch? Who knows why, but for some reason my shipyard looked like it was stretched out. Not only that, but I could clip through it with another ship as well. All in a day's work for your average StarMade player though... xD
