Community content has caused my page to show up strange.

My page, on forums and home, conforms to the Community Content layout. This happened when I accessed the page, and refreshing/restarting doesn't fix it.

Yes, it appears as it was at the very top of the page.

Yes, it appears as it was at the very top of the page.

I am unable to produce this. The issue was a very specific one and was fixed, so since I cannot reproduce it and I know exactly what was causing the issue before, Ill need some other people to verify before looking into it.

Make sure you try a ctrl (or cmd on mac) + r for hard refresh on chrome. ctrl + shift + r to clear cache as well.
