That doesn't mean you should be allowed to use it here. It's direct copy of someone else's work. It's not an original creation by you, and by copying someone else's work, you are hurting the chances of people who make their own stations, and put in a lot of hard work and creativity to be original.

I disagree, the only thing that is the same, is that its on rock, the one i saw was a city on pillars, they might be similar, but not by any means a direct copy.

Very slick! The smoke-stacks made me laugh. A little of the industrial age leaking into the space age is funny.

I think I'm going to have to go with Zeno on this one. I crib a lot of designs from others. When another builder and I build a model of the same ship, it is never as close as these two builds, even when we are both trying to model the very same original design. If one of these isn't a direct import of the other, then it's an incredibly faithful reproduction.

I think I'm going to have to go with Zeno on this one. I crib a lot of designs from others. I remembering reading that he asked to use the build from whoever made it. I guess that would have to get cleared up before it's a legit entry.

I don't know.... it doesn't look very stationish, or stationary for that matter. But it does look like a flipping awesome freighter! It's always bothered me that the trade guild resupplys using Isanths. Something like this with an Isanth escort wing would make MUCH more sense.

Yes there is a way. (works only in singleplayer) Go to the Starmade folder and look for a server.cfg file. Open this in notepad (or any text editor) and scroll down to the bottom. The fifth line counting from the last line is PLAYER_MAX_BUILD_AREA = 10 //max area a player may add/remove in adv. build mode. Edit this number to let's say 50 and then save the file. Next time you go in game you'll have a 50 slider max

Nice station by the way, add some repair/power supply beams and let them trigger with an area. If you fly through they power/repair you even though it's more cosmetic than useful ^^

I will probably submit pretty close to the deadline, so when exactly is the deadline? Three weeks from the OP date is August 6th, but when on August 6th does material have to be submitted?

my second station,abandoned station ,heavy work in progress still,started 2 hours ago,i want it to look unfinished,like some trade group started building a factory,but now its abandoned,and now smugglers use it for black market.. what do you think?

I love these two stations. Especially the second industrial-frame station.

But I want them to have at least some interior for the crew NPC room and a public docking spot to secure a few small starter ships while off-line.
