For my purpose something completly different would also work. (almost)
A logicblock named "Loading-Indicator"
If no signal supplied and the Sector just got loaded, it outputs a signal for the first minute.
If a signal is supplied and the sector gets unloaded, it outputs a signal.
The sector should be unloaded a minute after the last player leaves. (The timespan could be configureable, also allows one to make something similar to a chunkloader if one wants it)
This way i could react to the unloading of the sector and just shut the system down. (Bring it to a stable state)
Wouldn't cause lags and wouldn't allow lifeclocks, but garants "logic" behavior of the logic.
Also one could count how often a sector gets visited.
