    Nope, too busy. And I'm pretty sure that it's Jan's personal project anyways (unless he asks for help of course).

    I'll be getting some much needed work done on Charon this weekend.

    I'd say Id love to see this when done, but I don't think I could appreciate it at 250 draw distance XD

    But the rings appear pretty instantly in-game, the gif tool somehow slowed down chunk loading a lot. I'll make a video once it's done, it'll be a lot smoother.

    Looks like a large part of the weapon range is required just to reach the front of the ship.
    Looks like every single time I post an update or picture you nitpick or annoyingly point things out that really don't matter, please stop. No, with default sector size the beam range is high enough that the 500m lost won't really matter (at least not for me).

    Edit: For future reference even if it did I wouldn't give a f***

    I'm not, I just thought that it was obvious by now that I wasn't absolutely maxing out performance on every aspect. If having something that looks great means cutting performance a bit than so be it, at the size the ship has it doesn't really make a difference. If I wanted absolute performance I would have made a cube.

    I really don't mind critism, it's just that you always do it on the most trivial performance related things and it's annoying.

    Here's a little to-do list:
    1) finish super weapon
    2) Modify Wing turrets for rails
    3) finish shield foaming/cubification
    4) PD turrets
    4) fix up everything that's broken (turret mass enhancers, turret power issues, damage display)
    5) install systems
    6) Cross fingers that an update doesn't break everything and sets me back by an other 100 hours (again). *sigh*
