    I'm suprised no one thought of that earlier

    Speaking of turrets, what are the new stats for the underside turret?

    I did think of it earlier, just didn't figure out how to make something nice so I made them static. Well, until now.

    And I didn't refit the super turret yet :p . I'm not going to bother until the systems are in the main ship, in case stuff changes again.

    UPDATE #20: LOTS of stuff


    Want to know the best part? THOSE ARE TUREEEEETS!!!!!!

    Ok, on a more serious note, this is the change-log:



    Stats (for a single turret, so times two for both >: D):
    • 46 lock-on missile ports on the sides, 10 million burst damage.
    • Total damage per second (for a single turret): 831k
    • Shields: 10 million, 300k regen (or close to that)
    • 100k mass
    These immensely boost the vertical offensive abilities of the ship.
    So, the pylons for the turrets were a MASSIVE b*tch to make. I had to pretty much tear out and remake the entire side area between the front and back prongs for it to look good. I'm pretty happy with the result! I also took the opportunity to make the underside less boxy




    Twas a pain...
    I felt like the super weapon stuck out too much, so I removed the spiky nozzle and added some cool new energy conduits :D

    So, I tossed some very botched systems in for the lolz (still lots of space left): 1.3 million mass.

    Don't even get me started on the stats :P

    I imm=agine the power is only at like 2 million or something though, unless you use reactors.

    35 million e/sec. That's what I needed to sustain the thrusters ltmauve

    That's not the final systems at all though. It's just a huge mess of cubic system chunks with tons of space left.

    So, I'm putting this project on hold until I get a new computer. Even with reduced draw distance building has become jittery as f...

    I'll be doing some smaller ships in the mean time. And possibly rooms to be pasted into the ship afterwards (I'll see about that).

    I'm having the same problem with my titan as well. I can't wait to see the smaller ships you come up with :)

    220 drones isn't too much at all ;)

    I envy your ability to have such large rooms. I had to work my ass off just to fit 90 drones on my ship.

    Use external mounts :p
    I could never taint my girl by strapping hideous drone racks to her hull. I don't mind though, I mean she's not suppose to be a drone carrier. If I REALLY wanted to I could convert the main hangar into drone bays which would give me an even greater capacity than you have, but then I wouldn't know how to launch the things from an interior space and I wouldn't have anywhere to dock normal ships.
