Bug Can't launch Starmade

Every time I launch Starmade,it gives me this message:

Could not find the main class. org.schema.game.common.updater.Launcher: Program will exit.

Have you tried the Diagnostic Tool from

?

Just ot make sure everything is set up properly!
Place the Launcher in a place that is not protected by the System in any way. On a different partition within its own Starmade folder would be best. And start it from there again

Download and use the Linux launcher as a simple workaround.
Or uninstall all traces of Java, and install only the 64 bit version.

ok i finally decided to try to update my launcher because i was tired of the 'you've got an old launcher' error. i've tried using the lynux version and i've tried removing and re-installing java 64-bit. now the launcher opens, but i get the "can't start the java machine server" error. help, please.

EDIT: nevermind. i reinstalled java again and now it is working. i must have grabbed the wrong version.
