can't download space stations

when i download a space station i go to catalog and click upload entry from local and i select it and press ok, after it says uploading complete its not there! i can't spawn it! i'm i doing something wrong?

Space stations do not appear in the catalog. Use /load "file name" "desired name" to load it up.

Has to be done with the /load command. If you are not an admin you cant do it at all!
