Can't change anything

Hi, I didn't play for two years and I'm back but I can't change my password nor my avatar can you help me please

You should be able to change your avatar by clicking on "view profile" then clicking on your avatar there. Takes a little while for it to show up on the forums, so give it a day to process and set up.

Password section just seems to be broken though.

ok thanks will see tomorrow if it worked, also when I try to login in the launcher it gives me an error

If you haven't played in 2 years, it might be possible you are using capitals? Within the last year a chance was made that made usernames cap-sensitive as well as passwords.

Just looked that up, proper login capitals are:
ne3zy

(so all lowercase, or use your e-mail address in the "uplink" field.)

Ok so still nothing is working, can't change my avatar, can't change my password and I can't "uplink to Star-Made.org", here is the error I get:
WrongUserNameOrPasswordException: Your credentials are invalid [...], I tried with ne3zy and my e-mail (both in case). Do someone have a solution for these problems?

EDIT: Avatar seems to be fixed now for whatever reason, one problem less

I am also having the same problem. One day I go to my PC to play some starmade and that exact same error showed up. I tried reseting passwords and also linked my account to steam but I am still seeing this error every time I try to join a server.

If anybody else is having the credentials invalid error I just fixed mine by going to registry.star-made.org and reset my password. Then I went to the uplink section before you join a game and entered in my username along with the new password and now the error is gone. Hope it helps
