Camera and ship movement sliding

recently got a new 4k 3840 2160. now whenever i move my mouse my camera or ship continues to slide in that direction endlessly unless moved in a different direction which it then starts sliding in that one. extremly annoying and prevents me from building or flying ships

should have to do anything with the screen resolution

switching from and to build mode can somehow lock a movement.
their is a report about that, but as far as i know their is no reliable way to reproduce that.
to prevent it while building .. dock to a station
