Dream big but not impossible. Impossible dreams will always be crushed. Dont do that to yourself. Build a few 200 meter shipd, 500 meter ships, and continue upwards in size to train yourself. Train yourself such that people recognize you have learned to build well, and then naturally people will ne inclined to team up with you.
