Like the server so far. It has a good fresh start as of today. Awesome server for sim speed and really fluid

It is basicly a copy from the Brier website. But if you read a bit between the lines then you notice this server is great fun if you want to brawl.

I love being a Predator. No BS or limits just go out and blast people to space dust all day long pew pew.

And for the unwary pacifist that do not want to fight peace lovers. As always GET A HOME BASE and DOCK your ships to it. Then curl up inside it and your fine. As long as you do not poke your head out when someone makes a friendly visit.

How so? You don't describe this at all. All you did was copy paste promotional material for the game and use it as your own.

How do these even apply to the fact it's a server.... OF COURSE ITS MULTIPLAYER.

Unless your server has a custom tutorial, this is just claiming credit for someone elses work.

I'm not berating the server, I'm berating the post, and the fact I'm staff of other servers is irrelevant, it's a stupid post, and I would be making this post regardless of if ER and CBS existed.

If OP used better words everyone would understood, that he just wanted to advertise the server, but is not a representative of the server.

But if that was your intention, OP, then why don't you just post what you think and know about the server. Or at least use precise words like "I would like you to show the server I often frequent, here is their forum post:"

The problem here is, that you act like this is an official post from Brierie. But it's not. And every bloddy user wants to know, when he reads an add from the server, if the add came from an official, and if you are in fact an representative. Because suddenly someone asks you something, and you give answers making the people believe that the facts you provide can be taken for granted.

I find it too missleading. A clear heading like "Unofficial Addvertisment for Briere" would be nice.

Whatever, the forum nettiquette doesn't concern about it anyway.

sector size seems a bit small for brawling post wipe. also npc factions that were causing huge issues pre wipe... dont appear to have been altered to not cause problems.

aside from that, good generalist all around server

I think this is the most popular starmade server, and maybe the most powerful faction team I have ever seen.
all bonded and united to help each other, but beware of the threat, or you will pay dearly
It was the case for me, and I didn't realize it...
I made a suicide in front of the enemy, and cowardly without defense... because I had simply dissolved my faction and deserted my stations, now available whoever wants them, I also left the only 3 ships I had of reliable close to the main base

Hello, i am a returning player and i have only now joined the forums.
It seems like this is the only server with players on that doesn't have too much ping. When I last played the game (on other servers), there were many rumours and such about how this server is bad. And I dont want to play on this server if the rumours are true.

1. The first rumour was that the server supposedly used bots to boost their player count to attract more people.
2. I heard that the admins of the server supposedly didn't care about the server and that's why there is supposedly a lot of crashes and downtime.
3. Another rumour was that the admins didn't punish rule-breakers and just let them do whatever even if they explicitly broke the rules.
4. I also heard that there was admin abuse going on and admins would punish people who did nothing wrong.

I do not know if any of these rumours are true so I am asking here if they are actually true or just lies made by some salty player who didn't like the server so spread these?

I cannot comment on the rumors about the behavior of the admins.

I am also a returning player and have been playing there for 2 days.
I saw about 1-7 players in the server list
On average 4
I've met about 5 different players since then

Because starmade universe is big, I would say that's a good relationship
I met most of the people with relatively large spaceships at 2, 2, 2.
I was there to trade very often

If you are wondering why only 1-3 people write/awnser in the chat:
for example, i almost never write in a chat because because i'm building up and mostly play with a friend and we're on teamspeak or discord

"player count boost" conclusion:
That could be true with the fake players but is unlikely in my opinion


Because of the failures and the inactivity of the admins, I suspect that this is because the admins take care of other things themselves or are currently playing other games
You can join the discord and write to the starmade admin directly

conclusion:
I had the feeling that this is the only server with players and that the server runs relatively smoothly if it did not just go to a complete failure
