Most of my ship still works, but my shield regeneration is completely gone. I guess I'll be a glass cannon...?

Pretty much anyone who used docked reactors or generators of any sort is getting fucked.

If anything you can just turn the docked reactors back on. I'd prefer to see vanilla with the new power though.

Well yeah, but this is a server-based event and I don't expect them to change the configs beyond what's already been listed.

For fairness sake, and for the sake of having a competition at all lol
yeah I agree it should be held with docked shield/power supply allowed this time around

Also nobody would have the new blocks on their ships to showcase anyway

In celebration of the update removing docked reactors, and because Raiben mentioned something about being allowed to update ships for that reason in his Twitch stream last night...

Here, have the new, improved, and finally decorated TMS-LFG03A Blast Viper.

On the stream the other day, Raiben made mention of the tournament possibly being on the weekend after this one, but until confirmation, I'd assume it might be pushed out a little further than that.

Everyone should refit and resubmit their ships in celebration of the new update that removes docked reactors and SSUs. If a ship is not resubmitted, I think there might be a chance it might not make it into the tournament.

There were no such terrain features last time and the swarm boats got totally stomped for the most part.

I find that to be extremely odd. I have to wonder in that case as to the nature of the "swarm boats" that got entered. Here I was imagining all sorts of extremely esoteric solutions to the tournament quandary. Now I am thinking I should just enter my own imagining of how to build a "swarm boat", as I have no idea how to defeat such an equal mass ship of my own construction short of running away. (I've built several "swarm boats" in the past as swarmers were my armament of choice for battleminers, for obvious reasons, which is mostly what I have always flown.)
