Annoying Lag Spikes when i'm Building stuff (Placing/Picking Blocks)

Hello, in the latest updates i have found that it's impossible to build something big since my fps goes to 1 when i'm placing/picking blocks so i can build. Does anyone have an answer why this is happening? I could play perfectly before 0.15.
PS: I have 64 bit and i don't know if my java is 64 bit, could that be the problem?

A bit more information would be helpful i guess!
What is your OS?
Did you change any settings from defaults? (Move settings.cfg out of the starmade folder and try again. it will generate a new defult one)
In window mode the game should tell you in the windows upper Line if it runs 32 or 64 bit

Fixed, i had 32 bit instead of 64 bit java.
