You cant, we need to wait for it to be fixed, looks like a fix for another issue caused it.

That is unfortunate. thanks for the heads up andy. Any tips on how to deal with it until then as a player?

You can at least check the sector owners by moving the highlighted system with your move keys into them.
So you can at least see who owns it.
Not very usage friendly, but may help to find the desired system.
