A small PD turret

    Turrets share the shields of the main ship only as long as the main ship's shields are above 50%. Once the main ship's shields are below 50%, a hit to a turret is taken completely by the turret. At that point, having shields and armor on the turret can make a difference between having the turret instantly blown off or having it continue to do it's job.
    How does this work now that you can only have one shield active? If the main ship shield is still up but below 50% the turret's shields will be inactive, no? Or does that rule only apply on an entity by entity basis?

    You're replying to a post from three years ago, shields have been reworked since, so I doubt the information is still accurate.
