    SkyCorporation 1 year long initiative to develop the ultimate functional war
    technology for use on ground,in air and in space. And to incorporate all the
    new technology in the most advanced multipurpose ship ever built.




    ① T
    o make sure this project succeeds. The most talented people in the community
    from various fields of expertise will be called.

    ② The project will have a prize pool of 200$ that will be awarded for new/old
    well optimized functional technology that gets incorporated into the ship at the
    end of the project... if someone wants to contribute time to develop these new
    technologies and send them for evaluation.

    ③ The technologies required will be updated here on the main post. [UPDATED ↓ ]
    ④ All decorative and fancy mechanism stuff is not the main objective.
    the goal is to create compact,easy to use,easy to deploy,easy to replace
    mechanisms.
    But if the feature absolutely requires said complicated
    mechanisms.. in that case,its allowed.

    ⑤ The process of submitting your contibutions is as follows.
    to ensure we know who submitted what,and to submit your tech/device..
    you must explain in detail how your device/tech works in this thread
    and you must provide a download link for examination in your post.


    TECHNOLOGIES NEEDED: (will be updated daily with more tech)
    GROUND ATTACK SYSTEMS:
    4x4 compact UltraLight astronaut mech,designed for special ops,including fighting against
    multiple astronauts in caves/hallways

    5x5 compact UltraLight mech,with short term radar/stealth capabilities,for surprise assaults
    and assasinations.

    GROUND SUPPORT SYSTEMS:
    deployable planetside small manned turret with basic shields,designed to provide quick force multiplier in ground combat.
    deployable anti-missile system,cube with 6 ultra small AMS turrets on each side for full coverage
    SPACE↔AIR↔GROUND SYSTEMS:
    dropship with no interior,8 passenger cores attached. dropship designed for fast and safe troop deployment. all space used for extra armor and shields.
    drop-pod,small single seat pod,equiped with overdrive,and radar jammer.
    for single person secret operations deployment.

    FUTURE PROOFING DESIGN

    ⚫3 part ship.. in case of future game updates messing with systems, this design will enable us to easily change only the main system frame,and to preserve the look and functionality of the ship.
    ⚫main replacable frame ship.. universal frame that will hold the main weapon,shields,power,enhancers,etc..
    ⚫left and right armor frames,that will hold hangars,devices,technology,turrets.
    ⚫the hangars in each of the armor shells will have easy/instant access to all the devices,technology,vehicles.






    The project will be updated and explained in great detail soon.
    The reason im starting this big project is to engage community in building
    more crazy stuff that we might have never thought of if not for this project.

    Interesting. Is there a predetermined deadline?
    as I said in the introduction of the main post,this project will last 1 year,365 days from this day on.
    to fully explore and develop all the ideas. Each idea that gets implemented in the ship will be awarded by a certain amount of money from the prize pool (200$). that will be calculated by the amount of complexity,importance,size,and functionality

    GROUND SUPPORT SYSTEMS:
    deployable planetside small manned turret with basic shields,designed to provide quick force multiplier in ground combat.
    As this is a prototype design it is not colored. It is supposed to be either dropped from space or another vehicle into an area in which it will be affected by gravity. In case it falls over while landing, opening its casing should also cause it right itself again, unless it ends up standing on its top.
    The turret also has a bobby-AI installed, which is deactivated by default though.
    It was designed and constructed within an hour or so.
    Its main entity has a rail-dockerl on top, however it is 1 block deep within the spike in order to prevent it from acting as a stable platform in case it land on its top, so it'll fall into a sideways position to be able to right itself.

    How small would the single-person stealth pod have to be? I have had experience building ships with jamming, overdrive, and cloaking before. If the stealth pod could have full perma-cloak and jam alongside the overdrive effect, that would greatly enhance its purpose. (This all depends on size restrictions however.)

    not larger than 5x5x5 ,it doesnt have to be cloaked,radar jammer would be fine for quick infiltration from the orbit.

    Do the support systems have to be self righting?
    Do they need to be deploy-able unmanned?
    Any limits on mass/dimensions/firepower?
    Does the AA cube really need to be limited to a cube with 1 AMS per side (how can we be creative with that?)?

    to answer all your questions,all the technologies on the list are just examples and my ideas,if you have a idea that will beat or invent a better way to deal with the certain situation,experiment and present it here :)
    for example..you can come here and say: I figured how to make a space mine that will fire a pull beam when in range and destroy a small/medium ship,etc.
    litterally i want 100+ devices that I dont even know exist in starmade yet.

    and when you do that,Ill just add that tech on the list up there,and if someone sees what you made,he might think,hmm ..i think I know a better way to do it

    I know this one isn't as useful to this project as other stuff, especially as the blueprint is not public, but here goes.
    Semi-automatic miners are oftentimes arms filled with salvage beams, that scoop over the object to salvage. This is often done to save salvage-modules and thus power-consumption, in addition to allowing the player to not having to constantly attend the process. These scoops are usually pretty large though, and thus hard to fit into tight spaces, especially smaller gates.
    My solution:

    The image was taken before the system was fully completed, the black scoops also move left and right along their rail when extended.
