      Ships (even chair shaped ships) can have there core and docking module separate to the 'chair', allowing the floor to be in between and the working parts to be hidden from view. Hope this helps! If not, maybe FlyingDebris might approve a public release of the Lytra, and you can see for yourself...

      Fit a chain of delays hooked up to several disintegrators which triggers when it becomes undocked (play with activators and rail dockers). Then when it undocks it blows up, should save collision lag, just fit enough so that there is nothing left. also means you then have a bomb on board the ship...
