no it cant... It just allows people OUTSIDE of the faction to use the blocks it touches, rather than setting a minimum rank. However 1 good way to do this would be not leaving valuable stuff in high traffic places... almost seems like common sense.

it will be and always is the EE config. it is the EE battle server, and alot of people prefer our config over the default mess.

that decision was made as the faction leaders. the choice to not act as admins was because on rules got violated. check the site, if its possible in the game, you can do it.

The staff was fully aware of this. We neither wanted to intervene as admins or a faction (and it was a group decision) because 1. The rules allow for this 2. we dont want to war with CR. we like the CR The rules - elwyneternity.com/rules.html

Btw, EE has a TS server and gives out channels to factions, I can set one up for you if you want. (notice to other factions too) :)
