USD is the name of the docking port, and that isnt ESD, its a scaled down replica of the Starbase 47.

Starfleet has cargo ships, but none the less, no one actaully wants to do it, why not have a minion faction who does? There did used to be one on EE and it got alot of business, SF tryed getting them to merge with us to form our operations department.

I just ran the updater and was getting 200KB/s, and it took less then a minute too update. Maybe you are far enough away from the servers its causing an issue.
