I guess it is also to avoid collision between station and ship. Whenever you spawn/buy a ship it will appear right in front of the entity (if any) at the C direction. So the ship spawns outside an entities box dimension. the same most likely happens when you warp. You "spawn" outside the gates...

If we would be able to control AI ships and see our faction members on the galaxy map and from there give them orders. Then I would be so happy.

Im sorry to say it Aceface but that ship will not be flying anywhere. Our ships dont work with normal powergeneration they need an arc coil to function and you seem to have removed that part.
