Yes, but realistically, would anyone actually attack anyone or anything else in a fighter? It isn't as though they're of any use against vessels larger than them, or even sometimes turrets their own size because turrets are usually clustered... It just seems so much safer to fly a corvette...

Yeah; rather than having everything fixed at 100%, there should be a max effective ratio for offensive and defensive blocks.

Haha... My small ships are basically empty boxes with a core column in the middle, windows, a console or two, and engines and a shield generator in the back. I've never made a fighter in my life since they seem so... useless.

It isn't that hard to have a 2x2 space in your fighter for a player to slip into... So IMO disappearing into cores is unneeded.

It's a bit glitchy, I think, but a glitch is a glitch, and can be fixed. You're supposed to be able to have two people in build mode at the same time, but it doesn't always work.

...The Missile + Beam combo can hit things, though. :P

I kind of agree with Sesh, actually. Default weapon speed needs to increase somewhat, and the effect of the AMC combo needs to be nerfed to compensate.

Power usage, regeneration, and capacity can be balanced so that people's shield generator / shield capacitor combined array would take up no more space than old shield arrays. HOWEVER, yes, shield generation needs to be both really expensive in credits and power, and needs to have diminishing...

It can already be done with Build Blocks aboard your ship, which are just an uglier version of the same thing.

There is no reason for the Starfleet Intelligence description to be redacted. Everyone knows what the CIA is, everyone knows what an intelligence agency is in general, etc.; it's no secret. The only secret is the things they happen to actually be doing right now. :p
