If some one wants to convert a hull, they can convert the hull. It doesn\'t mean they are going to post it and claim it as their own work, and they will still have to remove any conversion artifacts, smooth out the hull and texture it.

Did you seriously just ask who builds bases? Every serious faction does, it allows you to build factories and have a safe place to dock ships. Removing build blocks is a bad idea, it stops 2 people working on the same ship aswell

Or find a good host who isn\'t a scum bag. In the long run, you can end up paying twice as much for a vps/vds as they don\'t know what you\'re doing with it, get no support if you don\'t understand what is wrong with the game itself as they don\'t support it, and for windows you\'re usually left...
