Oh, well I had a 30gb log folder from this error when I turned on the setting. I thought I sent them to you. Get the user to delete their client-database folder. That holds the cached blocks the client sees. That is how I fixed this issue when it was a visual error.

The way I see block based teleporters working if they are planned, is you stand on block, a UI then shows similar to the nav menu, but only listing entities with teleporter blocks on. you choose a entity, press activate and it will tp you to a random teleport block on the entity :)

This is on the planned feature list I believe, I know it is possible for starmade to do, but it will be a beta/release feature

well, is know everything needs schemas approval, my point was that you can do the basic blocks separate from schema, and just send him the appropriate files, the same way custom block configs are done currently :)

from experience of this bug from my server and from chatting with the elwyn admins, it seems caused by the asteroids. it would seem if one is nudged too far from its origin point (I believe to be exiting the sector), the server will try to load it, and get confused and render this sector...

Am I right in saying that decor blocks don't even need schema to approve of technically? Because of how blocks are declared in this game. I am just thinking, you have promised more crystals, and we still don't have them. is there some sort of issue with schema needing to do something for these...
