I would! Elsewise they wouldn't be loaded. I would rather see SOMETHING at 4-10km rather than just a blue (or red) hexagon marker. Also would reduce massive planets to like a few thousand blocks from a few hundred million.

well, it should impact the hull of the ship and detonate on the shields before reaching the crew. But this also means that it will most likely hot armor if shields are down, and not systems. Which means I can then get rid of some of those docked decoy cores in the armor belts of my ships away...

my point defense turrets did not shoot down my ship's missiles or a friendly factioned ships missiles right next to it, just tested. They did shoot down missiles from a neutral ship I was in though. ... you done goofed? What else was happening?

I know that when my graphics card was broke, my computer could still handle a R450+ planet back in the old days around a year ago. (handle as in 8-12 frames) Now with my graphics card I can get double that. Maybe it will progress to be able to have that type of planet, but either wait 10 years...

if this is even considered, it will be a few years out. Also my computer is crying at the amount of blocks it sees to be rendered.

Schema says that he plans to have a LOD system. (level of Detail) (when you are far away from a section of blocks, your level of detail is diminished and a section of blocks will appear as a single block. When you are even farther away, they might even merge into larger blocks.) . . .
