Chests trigger logic. its a bit strange, but there are video's on it. Might be able to do it already. not aruging against the suggestion, just suggesting workarounds for now :)

If the factory doesn't need to be running, turn it off. That will stop it pulling if you're talking about the fact that it can build a surplus of unused resources, have a storage module pulling those blocks out of the factory at the rate it pulls them in, should help counteract it.

Planet performance isn't a specific issue. Its an issue with performance on big structures. And the plans are to gradually improve them through alpha and beta.

Turn down your texture pack, turn off emmisives, lower the max rendered chunks, if its on, turn off bloom.

What type of lag is it? FPS? Ping?

Make a backup of it, and then reset your universe. May be some large structure lagging you out.

No. You don't C/V a factory to any block with inventory, be it factory or storage, and it will pull the blocks it needs into its own inventory. Sorry to shit on such a large suggestion, but from my quick glance... this is already in :P

It's only a 50% increase from $10 to $15. However, wasn't $15 supposed to be the final price when we entered beta?

The idea of this system is to allow for dedicated freighters to have some value. A warship isn't a cargo ship, so changes to all that aren't needed. No single ship is supposed to be great at everything, and this is just a new way of increasing ship types, which is a good thing.
