Updated stats for a more accurate conversion. Should operate mostly the same. May have also fixed some bad block placement from before. Changes include a significant drop in mass while keeping the same T/M ratio and a large drop in power regeneration rates.

They got bumped up to 50,000 inventory per block. We also havent seen the rest of any sort of NPC/faction changes. I think we all need to realize that the current changes are not the ONLY changes that will be happening in terms of resources and building ships.
