Slaved blocks count towards total damage, so you would need 530 cannon blocks total, imcluding the slave.
AKA 265 cannon blocks and 265 slaved cannon blocks
I get these results by actually going into the game and shooting targets with incrementally larger guns until I find the exact damage needed to kill a given block.
Only one I know asside from shields and weapons is that jump drives consume power based on the following formula
10,000+(50n) e/sec
where n is the number of modules.
Armor is almost certainly too weak, even dedicated armor tanks can have their armor pretty much completely ignored by anyone who decides to build their wepons to pierce them. It only really starts becomming effective at that point that its 50% of the mass of the ship.
We do have a transition animation, I'd imagine there to be some sort of warning at the arrival point lasting long enough for any quick witted fighter pilots to get out of the way.
