So did you use damage beam blocks, or rapid fire cannons? You said "rapid-fire anti-matter cannons don't damage blocks"

Try using guns that aren't 5 blocks big. And beams are much better for shield killing, use missiles for real damage. I also didn't know you could only use beams on asteroids, stations and overheating ships! (again, obvious sarcasm.)

They aren't that rare with the new planets.

How do you convert ore capusles into ore shards?

He just said that it should be possible to activate it like opening and closing doors, not that it has to work with weapons.

So i just got a hull recipe, and it tells me i need 2 Varat shards to make 1 hull. The problem is, how do i convert the ore capsules into shards? I already tried putting them in a refinery but it doesn't work. Sorry if this is on the wrong section.

It seems that NASS' auto update doesn't work, and you have to update after the restart every 6 hours. EDIT: Now its on 0.1583 after "updating" to next one which should be 0.1584 i think.
