      Many servers have custom ships and stations, so I do not see the purpose of getting rid of something that to an extent is still deadly and still cool. If you wish to get custom ones on your game, just put some blueprints in the designated folder and enjoy.

      I agree turrets should be as powerful as the player makes it, but not completely invincible because it has constant shielding from the ship. I would agree with portable weapons being able to cut go through shielding, given how weak they are.

      I do think that there has to be a way to end warping away as a last ditch effort, but nothing comes to mind. The only thing that would help with boarding at this moment is have a warping boarding ship that has overdrive, so ships of larger mass cannot run away as easily.

      I do like the supplementary station idea, there needs to be a way to distinguish between a main station and a supplementary, so that support systems would grant an effect that would transmit to short range linked system, maybe linked through faction module.

      I do like this, but you can align easy with the rotation keybinds and a pull beam system, which is doable and is rather fast. I see your suggestion though as a simpler and nicer compliment to the boarding mechanics, which I would greatly appreciate for my own ship breaching board ships.

      This might be possible, because it would work like a torch, but long range. The only thing that would be again worked out is the strength of a torch, because if it is stronger to destroy with long range, no one would use the torch (I suggest bumping the torch power from 2 to 10 if this happens).

      I think this is one of the things people have requested and is something that would definitely help with navigation. Some games have implemented this before and from the game standpoint it would help locking onto other galaxies or things far away.

      It is super easy to setup a auto-miner, but yes, the sector must be loaded. There is plenty of blueprints that show this on the dock and I think the owners of these blueprints would greatly interest you with their creations.
