Why shouldn\'t be used as weapon? Just make it so it is significantly weaker so people would prefer other weapons and use it only as last resort (when other weapons are out or weren\'t there in first place). IMO weapons should go in this order of strength (from weakest to strongest:

1. Currently salvage laser is just textured quad. Please change it to either cylinder or cuboid, if cylinder clash too much with game's look. This way it'll be visible even if it would be placed directly in front of core. Also it'll look better than textured quad.

I'd like ability to exit ship's core without risking overheat and explosion (timer thingy), for times when you don't want to build ship or fly it, just walk around.
I'd like to be able to code ships logic using Lua scripting language (kinda like in ComputerCraft mod for Minecraft).
Don't get me wrong, simple AI creator should remain, but I'd like to be able to do more complex things too.
