To be honest, even then the relative interest a player has in the success of the game is greatly increased when they put forth money towards it. If a player has bought the game, they're more likely to think over who they want in the council instead of just picking the first person on the list.
There's been some discussion about starting up an NFD survival server, what I was thinking is either
go absolutely ridiculously high with the multipliers and then confine it to twenty or so systems
or
basically recreate hypercore but with swastikas NFD logos all over.
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a general access thing and can connect to any other server with it active? If so, what happens if someone starts up their own server and just spawns in the required materials to send over fleets of titans? There's no real way to defend against that...
What happens if one server owner sets their gate up to send ships through that would be entirely overpowered or way too cheap in the universe they send to? What about differing server rules?
The holdup at the moment is that I've no idea which skype name is yours. My skype is the same as my name on here, if you could add me that way, that would be great.
Alternatively, you could use a waffled missile-pulse and have a high thrust to weight ratio. Missile pulse is useful, but only if you know what you're doing when you design the ship or if the other guy didn't know what he was doing when he designed his.
