      The Quickfire Initiative: Rebalancing StarMade.

Soooo... I just applied the latest config... The following error appears when you try to load a ship with missiles. I believe I've traced the missing info for this error to the following file. StarMade\data\config\blockBehaviorConfig.xml. Searching for blastradius within the xml file...

      The Quickfire Initiative: Rebalancing StarMade.

Regarding thrust: I there any way to increase the effectiveness of stopping/braking? As it stands now, it takes a lot longer to stop than to accelerate unless you do a full reverse thrust from the firection your traveling. This can sometimes, be problematic if you are traveling along...

      The ultimate drone R&D thread

Yes! YES! In time, ALL will convert and embrace the Schiney Sphere!!! 😈 Back on topic: As a result of your influence/inspiration, I too have upgraded my fighters a bit. As always; aesthetics and size are my key goals. The SF-37 refit has about 11,000 power regen and 8,000 shields...

      Dyson Sphere Project

While intriguing, using an actual star serves no purpose but to endanger your own forces. However, you can always "make" a star inside the sphere using blocks.

      Dyson Sphere Project

If you're interested, I've put together a "brief" instruction set on artificial planet building on my shipyard thread. I find the methods speed up construction substantially and are highly usable with Dyson Spheres. You're welcome to stop by if you think some of it may be of use to you.

      Pirate Station Assault

Efficient and sound? Yes. Textbook military. Will the enemy ships keep attacking you? You betcha. Will capturing the station make the turrets side with you? If memory serves, nope! Unless Schine changed things, they'll probably keep shooting at you and the newly captured station...

      Introducing The United Star Axis

I'm glad you and the others like these. It's always nice to take a break from ships and try something out of the ordinary. Perhaps it's time I shared some of what I've learned. Be warned; MASSIVE wall of text approaching... Regarding the lava planet... Regarding the Terran planet...

      Introducing The United Star Axis

That lava planet was a lot of fun to build but I think it's time for a new test. Here's my newest Terran planet (WIP). Roughly 500m in diameter with some basic topography. I'll be polishing this thing for a while to give it that "OMG... I really wanna land on that!" kind of look. I slapped...

My second generation artificial planet. I'll be rebuilding this from scratch with a few new tricks I've recently learned from the experiment below. My recent topography experiment. ...that backfired. ...in a good way. A task force from the United Star Axis. Original designs inspired...

      Introducing The United Star Axis

Thanks man, I appreciate that. I figured I'd try something a little different for a change. While the concept of using a sphere is pretty simple, I find that actually building a sphere with StarMade's build helpers can be a bit tedious due to the loss of FPS when large build helpers are...

      Logic Tractor Beam help

I found the problem with the tractor beam push angle... To push straight forward, you have to have your beam output directly in front of the core. Having the output in any other position will cause it to push objects at an angle away from your ship.

      Dyson Sphere Project

Can you imagine the amount of resources needed to construct something like that in real life? Were talking strip mining several hundred star systems. ...at a minimum.
