      That's the sort of thing I was thinking of when the 'drone canister' idea was tossed into the R&D hat earlier. Stored internally like a missile sub, maybe even hatches that flop open right before launch, they undock, and toss like 4 or 5 of those babies out the roof to -release the swarm-. :)

      Just how short a delay can you set to sequentially fire off weapon computers? I have yet to test out a ton of the logic block configurations, and that just gave me an evil laugh sort of moment regarding weapon design.

The explosive for cannons is indeed, a sad bonus, though I was really adding the effect for the damage boost that comes with it, seemed to be the one with the fewest drawbacks. Along...

      Soooooo... upon further testing: Raiders are only allowed to have chaingun AMC's, or missiles. (They may possibly serve as their own point-defense system... for the other team) Anyways, I'll have to split some variants dedicated to one or the other, and I'm a bit optimistic on the bomber...

      I'm shooting for a fully operational Cylon Base Star. Raider bays were tucked into the bottom spires and up top in the celing. Now I'm really trying to get everything scaled right.

      oh yea, they're stacked about as tight as they can go. Should be able to have a partition in between, so at least the only collision is with the rack until they hit open space. The plan is for vertical launch, and I'm sure that I'll need a hand with all the behind-the-scenes logic controls.

      I will definitely get back to you on that ;) Edit: Ok, well, with a larger missile battery, that's a maybe, but with the 1/1/1 array, the missile/cannon/explosive combo is slightly more powerful than a cap-gun. Whopping 60 damage and a laughable radius explosion. :)

      My thought was mostly that the pulse sub also added a bonus to the radius, as well as making them lock on capable. The goal was to have a bigger bite, not as much as the long-term shield damage. Plus, if it can overcome around 5 or 6k worth of shields, it'll pretty much turn anything smaller...

      I may at some point regret sharing the details, but- :) Both of the missile batteries on the raider are tight clusters of 4 on each wing, all single 1-1-1 missile/pulse/explosive. The shield damage isn't phenomenal or anything for bringing down capital ships, (it'd be 1800dmg x 4 per missile...

      I'd be interested to see, if/when the minelayer weapon system gets integrated, how well the Missile/Minelayer sub flak cannon will combat the rising tide of drone warfare.. ;)

      In my own docking troubleshooting with the raiders, I've noticed that your docking areas can overlap as long as the ships that are docked to them don't. I needed a lot more docking enhancers since the raider is so much longer than it is tall, but I found that I could sort of stack them in a bay...
