      I'd like to see special "Mysterious Materials" that can be used for pirate/other AI enemy faction blueprints that would do this. They would explode and hurt you if you salvaged them by hand, they would disappear if removed using build mode, and they would do damage to your salvage cannon and...

      I'd envision the docking clamps to be a completely new model... something really simple. Heck, they could even just be little gray cuboid "nubs" that stick up from the surface you place them on and couple with other nubs... Sorta like magnets.

      Not bad. You should probably raise the floor by one block and leave a gap under it, though, and remove the metal grilles on the ceiling for the most part (Replace with black hull, leave some systems exposed) ...Also, it somehow still feels too bright - it's just bright green now. :P...

      Remove all of the white lights, replace them with power tank blocks and the occasional yellow or green light, and make the metal grilles less overly... regular. Also, some of the decorative blocks can go; replace them with things like power tanks and hexagonal metal meshes. Here, have a google...

      The way I see it, space should be large enough that warping around should be the primary method of universe exploration. I agree, jumpgates should be a thing... But somehow I believe that ship-based FTL would be good to have, too. It could have a power drain kind of like cloaking, but perhaps...

      Naaah. What SHOULD change is the generation and loading order; All surface segments (chunks) should load before the underground ones, since you normally don't see the underground ones.

      That was a massive and somewhat misinformed rant, but yeah, I do kinda feel the same about beams - sure, they look cool, but they aren't any advantages using them over AMCs... you pretty much have to use an AMC slave system on them or else you'll barely pulse anything. Oh, and the range is bad...

      Well, that's a bug and will/should be fixed... Don't be impatient and suggest a feature to work around a bug. Just wait for Schema to fix the model scaling and the (awful, awful) load times.
