      try setting <ShieldCapacityInitial>55</ShieldCapacityInitial> and <ShieldCapacityTotalMul>55</ShieldCapacityTotalMul> to zero in the blockBehaviorConfig.xml There are other shield settings in there you could mess with if that doesn't work.

      I am creating a separate installation of Starmade just so I can try this out. It looks amazing. Hmmm, my thruster plumes have always been kind of plain. It's really noticeable with this mod. Is there some setting that I need to change or is it from a difference in video cards?

      Plex glass used to fall between hull and advanced in regards to hp and armor. its now simply glass and has no armor. Crystal armor was added to give us the abilty to have windows without having to sacrafise armor... and it comes in all the colors as well.

      There is a lot more going on under the hood than you or I understand. The size of the hole is not simple a mater of "missile deals x damage" and "the blocks have y hp" so there for the size of the hole is "do x - y until x = 0"
