      Eh? The three FTL types in Stellaris pretty well reflect the three typical types of faster-than-light travel you typically see in Sci-Fi. It's kind of hard to determine that that comment comes from Stellaris, lol.

      Mostly building things that aren't dependent on power. Shells, interiors, tiny ships. (though of course, a huge systems overhaul will probably come with power, so those will have to be changed, but it isn't a huge task) I do have one frigate that I might add systems to anyway. Might.

      We shouldn't add this. :P Transporters aren't meant to be 'short range warpgates', they're meant to be site-to-site transporters for convenience (and to make certain NPC mechanics simpler later on). Warpgates are meant to be long-range transport gateways for practicality.

      Anything that happens to a ship is supposed to happen to aligned players as well, but this is kinda besides the point, as... yes, players can walk through warpgates. This was added a while ago. If it broke, it's broken and that's a bug.

      They can. Transporters can take you to an adjacent loaded sector. One ship/station per sector can do that for you.

      Even taking into account what the devs have said here, there does seem to be a bit of a phenomenon with Schine where it always sounds like the 'good' stuff is a few months down the line, and then there's inevitably some rescheduling of priorities and the best part of whatever's being worked on...

      Nobody wants to do anything (especially building) if they know that everything they have will have to be torn down and completely redone at some unknown undefined time. Whether or not people find the power proposal to be any good or not is actually not the primary point here, though I suppose...
