The FP bonus from tourism should not be required in any way. Seriously, why would I want people visiting my military or mining installations? A military faction shouldn't need to rely on tourism to stay afloat.

Look, pal, if you want to play on a server with mass limits, play on GenXNova. I like mass limits, personally. My computer isn't very good, and a lot of people use cheaty ways to get their huge ships, so it's a good server for me. But it should not EVER be a default vanilla setting.

Everyone seems to want to compare spacecraft to aircraft, but honestly, I think for starmade, comparing them to tanks is a much better idea. Simply put, an assault rifle (a fighter) will not do more than scratch the paint (hinder the shield regen) of a heavy tank (a titan). To suggest otherwise...

I get the feeling you don't PvP much. A well designed and well flow ship can take down something twice its mass, provided it is designed with countering that large ship in mind.
