Then i would test if you can get it to work on a different internet connection by going there with your laptop. At least if it works there than you know that there is nothing wrong with your system.

Are you able to play local Sandbox ? If yes , than i would search the problem somewhere along the line to the server. Starting with your network drivers and firewall then router settings and so on. Are you on a wireless setup? To much lost packets than maybe?

Undock - enter core - build a block below the core - exit and reenter - remove that block - dock That did work for my turrets !

The Admin Tool seems not to work for me. I can connect but do not get a list under catalog and i also can´t add a faction. Is it generaly broken ? Or do only i have some sort of problem here ??

Still happening ... Stations can´t be removed by deleteing the last block. Even when agreeing to the delete question with Ok it will come back. Regardless if it is a system spawned Station or a custom placed one! Only option seems to be to delete the files asociated with the station manualy...

I had a similar effect. Activating gravity didn´t work. Opening a plex box or build block and then activating the gravity block again solved the problem.
