in the starmade install folde (usualy Starmade - i do not know where that is on your system) in the logs folder then.
edit another ting : do not have that folder in a protected place - programs and desktop is a potentialy bad place
attach the Log.txt.x file from the last try here. you can find that in Starmade/logs. (even though i have no big hopes finding a clue there :( )
maybe something messed up "localhost" ? (not an expert here)
either try connecting manual to your own ip adress with :4242 or 127.0.0.1:4242 after...
are you using the full version of Avast or the Free basic one (i have no problem with the later while using Starmade)
but what Megacrafter127 said most likely a problem on your end, blocking ports or sandboxing the Java Starmade application.
try disabling all modules from Avast and run SM in...

Problem looks like this, and the intensity changes while moving around.
Please check that Setting - > Show Advanced Settings "Use Frame Buffer" is set to ON
or Toggle "F_FRAME_BUFFER_USE" in the Settings.cfg to true

Intel grafics is a terrible thing for gaming.

thats a log ... but not from starmade itself ;)
search in Starmade/logs .. the file is named log.txt.x ... with x beeing a number. choose the one with the timestamp from the last crash. graphcisinfo.txt is in the same folder.
psteiner .. not sure here, but the AMD APUs are basicaly using the same driver architecture as the normal AMD GPUs i think.

in your Starmade/logs folder should be a logs.txt.x file (the one with the time stamp from the EOFException) and a grapicssomething.txt are you able to append those files here (or upload them...

1. do not assign 6GB out of your 6 GB Ram to the game. 4096/2048/1024 in the settings for memory is plenty enough.
2. search in your nvidia control center for the java settings and make that run exclusive on your nvidia GPU. it could be it is otherwise excecuted through the CPU...
Necromedes there is a nullpointer directly after the game tries to access the blueprintsfolder. try to move that folder somewhere else, in case you havent saved any blueprints of your own just delete it. the game will rebuild it then new.
