If you are lucky. if the pirate station is scrap, there is no reason to fight for a pirate station, you'll just go salvage a neutral station.

some have a bit of hardened hull, but schema said specifically to lay off the advanced armor -_- exactly jath, why the heck would i waste so much time for some scrap when i can simply take it from neutral stations if i so much needed it?

i don't understand the logic behind making pirate bases scrap gameplay wise i guess it is trying to be balanced, but it is not. pirates are shoved up your butt in the process - so you are fighting for a bigger reward. you'll have to anyway fight lots of waves before finally taking out the...

to me 100 hours is way too much for 5%, 25-50% is what i think would be good more rewarding
