      How would you board, with it flying around at max server speed? Stop effect only works so well, unless you have a ship made only to stop one little cruiser you wouldn't get far.

      You still need to somehow claim it How do you get inside? Its a small ship, and it has a 3:1 mass ratio, so unless you are really lucky or have a ship that only has stop turrets you will have a pretty hard time getting inside.

      Definitely, but right now I don't think there's a way to capture a ship reasonably intact, you need to destroy just too much of the ship to be able to overheat it and place the faction module(I think that's how you do it)

      If you put shipyards on ships both have mobility, and astrotech would have really low rates, like 1 or 0.1 per second per block.
