I know how to fix it, but if this is meant to be a feature, it's a pretty useless one.

Follows the crosshair. It also affects the camera, as the camera will begin rotating in an odd way.

While looking at a block with a block in build mode (So the Yellow box shows up) and then scroll, sometimes the yellow box well become fixed in the middle of your screen. EDIT; Sometimes this bug occurs regardless.

My page, on forums and home, conforms to the Community Content layout. This happened when I accessed the page, and refreshing/restarting doesn't fix it.

Leave the core to overheat and then mine it like there's no tomorrow. :) Edit; If there's nothing left, then its the worst. They lose everything :)

Agreed. They shouldn't be able to delete posts, but This is a brilliant solution to a slightly offensive post, or a irrelevant one.
