Well, you can use logic to make the rail kick the titan off.

A turret, sure, that would probably require wireless logic. Though, since the turret is actually attached to the ship, and turrets inherit power from the ship, if you could shut off the rail that the turret is attached to, you would not need wireless logic. Same goes for rails that drones dock to.
