Knowing that Vaygr has exploited is well and good, and having them banned from a couple servers for a couple months is alright by me, but it doesn't really solve...
And I want to make a ship that can beat anyone with no effort, I don't even want to learn how to system stuff.
You don't get the rewards of knowledge without the knowledge itself.
If you're the admin, you can change the server.cfg to allow more stations per sector.
ALLOWED_STATIONS_PER_SECTOR = 1 //null
Just make that 1 a 2, 3, or more.
The drama between your factions (OAS, Dovan, Dread_Syndicate, and NRE) is the weirdest fucking shit. I don't think anyone on the outside of these factions, or perhaps on the inside as well, has any clue what is going on at all.
Probably not sectors, given how the max engaugement range on a default server is something like 6 sectors if you really push your weapons range. 1/20th of sector intervals maybe?
The first graph is all the different systems effectiveness. It's basically asking "what will this many blocks output?"
The second graph is the efficiencies of those systems. "How much bang for my block am I getting?" There's some interesting stuff in this one, but it's only really got two...

Must not have been the one I had seen then, lol, two ghosting ships. The one I know of had an inner ship remote on the main ship called "Crackshot" that was linked to a bunch of ghosted cannons on two turrets with wireless.
