    Here is a small trading station i started building.

    Its the third station i`ve started building, the other two i started to dislike and ran out of inspitation when i was building them.
    A top view with some ships i`ve build when i got bored of stations :).

    Obviously its a work in progress, i hope i will finish this one.

    Yeah, I won't be the first to say that I disagree with the whole PMC station that one person is using, I don't care that permission was given, it shouldn't be in the contest. I'm working on a station, spending lots of time on it. I don't want to be ousted by someone that ran it through SMedit. So far, the stations I am seeing look great. Skylord will probably complete like 10 of them by the time this is over lol.

    I might submit some entries in a couple of days, but I have a question: can we add refineries or factory blocks to the Traiding Guild station(s) or any other stations?

    I believe you can make the trading station fully functional. Just no rare blocks like ore or crystals

    naah :P hhahah ,i will build one of each,trade guild,pirate ,and abandoned one :) ,but for now i cant wait to see stations from you guys,this is really exciting for me to watch what others build :D ,so keep em up people

    Currently working on this:

    It started as a relay station, but it kind of evolved into a fortress, complete with interior defense turrets.
    Seeing as it has a lot of hardened hull, should I equip it with a self-destruct mechanism on a hair trigger?

    Seems kinda... lag inducing-y. Not everyone has graphics cards and I know for a fact that my integrated graphics would want to strangle whoever put that monstrosity into the base game...

    Doesn't seem all that big. Calbiri did say it could be up to 600^3 as well, So I assume that means Schema thinks that size should be fine for Most players.

    I could probably recolour the monstrosity above, and qualify it as a very scary pirate station(10+ shields, heaps of turrets, including several inside it's docking bays, probably going to add a self-destruct system on top of all that).

    How it works: after setting foot inside the station, you have 3 minutes to find the overide, or the dissies around every room explode. Assuming that they didn't get hit after the station's shields failed.

    Should Wrap the faction Module in Dissies as well then, just to be a pain :p Would love to see it ingame as a Pirate station.

    I also added heaps of decoy delay signals, also to be a pain and make the station look better.:p
    Just imagining some noob defeating the pirates, and the getting killed by the self-destruct system. Or taking out the main turrets, and then getting taken out by the hanger defense turrets while going after the loot.:D

    I agree (and plan to) do that to my pirate entries as well. I find it tiring that players seem to "spray" rather than actual pinpoint-accurate shots at the turrets and faction block. Some ideas:
    -mines (step-on trigger)
    -timed area-trigger explosive (blows up the loot and easy to spot)
    -some type of primitive (but somehow futuristic) logic puzzle. Must solve to get the loot.
