Can you help me creating a torpedo rack like ours?

those are about as simple as it gets i think, made to be cheap & only take a few different parts to blueprint so that I can grab one from any shop at any time.

13 block/single part torpedos (1 core, 3 thrust, 1 rail docker, 1 bobby module, 1 faction module, 3 reactors, 3 warheads)
Could definitely go smaller with these too.

All docked to a skeletal rack of reactors with cloaking, jamming & slow jump drive.
