Various suggestions that will all be implemented next update

    1. Cooldown on cloak and jam, server.cfg settable. Default around 6+ seconds seems fair. Decrease power consumption slightly to balance
    2. Let scanners work with logic
    3. Let jump computers work (charge up) with logic
    4. Permanent faction chat mode. I always see people screw up and spill secret faction chatstuffs when it was unintentional.
    5. Player ignore checkbox through leaderboard (tab)
    6. Teleporter blocks. Cycles the astronaut to the next one in the ship/planet whatever. Or just link them together with the marker beam. You can teleport with docked cores but you shouldn't have to
    7. Page Up/Page down support for scrolling menus. All of us cool GamerFuel© powered players have good mice with these button on them, would make scrolling through menus easier
    8. Increase the inventory GUI size! PLEASE. Those of us with post 1996 resolutions shouldn't have to scroll through our inventory menu to see everything
    9. A separate planet render distance option. My PC setup isn't completely awful and it chugs hard when planets are rendering
    10. Option to disable loot clouds, or optimize them better. If you dunk a huge pirate, rip framerate
    11. New blueprint option to pull parts from local chests, or attached chests to your build mode entity. Will help organization for factions and make building ships from BP more efficient
    12. Make it so AI isn't completely worthless vs. jamming. It's too cheap energy wise. Maybe just a heavy accuracy decrease (and no locking-on) or something. Make it not drop out after a hit.

    in case anyone missed that biddles here has taken over dev of starmade /teasing
    this came out of nowhere. and where have you BEEN young man? i was worried sick. there was talk of a search party..

    Never had an FPS issue from loot clouds, even on my craptop. :/

    Hmm, couldn't get auto jump comp charging to work last patch, will try again maybe I was being too impatient.

    And yeah i just meant the transporters would only work between blocks on the same entity.

    I shoulda re-phrased "loot clouds", maybe loot blocks? Something closer to this:

    So , when I have a logic block connected to a jump comp or scanner comp, the comps disappear from the weapons menu so I can't actually use them. Even if you unlink them from the logic circuit they don't return to the weapons menu, so you have to replace the block. However it does seem that the jump comp charges.

    When you place a conp, it is automatically linked to the core, so once it charges, c/v it back to the core and it will work.

    Yeah, its not really worth it

    Its worth it if you have multiple jump drives with minimal modules attached.

    Those are not default loot values... I've never seen a loot cloud like that.

    It actually is, that's what you get for killing anything bigger than an isanth

    Hmm... I did not know that. I did notice the new isanths have a storage block ... never put much thought in it, but does the storage block contain the items that get dropped? Could you potentially cheat and create a "treasure ship" with a lot of storage that the pirates could spawn in?

    nah, the loot is dropped when a mob entity dies. The bigger it is, the more loot is dropped.

    Yes and no... I think there were plans to add the pilot chairs several updates ago, but plans change. (Sadly, in this case.) Regardless, you CAN sit on blocks and wedge slopes, which is cool, and surprisingly useful sometimes.
