There seems to be an iusse with the lateist AMD Driver
As you can see there seems to be some kind of viewing render bug with blocks

I will not be reverting or going up to a broken ass beta driver for one game. As this dose not happen on any other game i play was simply letting pepole know of the games AMD iusseThe 14.9 Catalyst is broken somehow. I have read about that on a gamming news page, try to rollback to 14.4 (or 14.7 Beta as someone else did here on the forum)
I don't blame you. I have another problem myself.I will not be reverting or going up to a broken ass beta driver for one game. As this dose not happen on any other game i play was simply letting pepole know of the games AMD iusse
It's possible some graphic option isn't working properly with those AMD drivers. I suggest messing around with them if you haven't already.I don't blame you. I have another problem myself.
For me it seems like the colors of the blocks aren't rendering. Everything just appears really dark grey or black, except the red thruster area. I can make out the general texture of the block, if I can manage to get some light source to reflect off of them, but that's about it.
14.9 drivers have been around long enough for them to have tested them before releasing the build. It's my guess that they likely don't bother testing on AMD systems at all, and instead pull the blame the drivers card to cover it up.
Now, if anyone has any actual useful hints on how to work around these issues, I'm sure there is more than one person around here that would enjoy and appreciate the help including myself.
I don't think there is any way to work around it besides using a different driver that SmilingDemon mentioned. I don't have a AMD gpu so I can't mess around with it myself although I read here about "enhancements" being used in 14.9 that could cause a problem, try turning them off in the catalyst control center if that is possible.if anyone has any actual useful hints on how to work around these issues
I actually managed to track it down to something none driver related. I was like, and the lord said, let their be light. It's possible some graphic option isn't working properly with those AMD drivers. I suggest messing around with them if you haven't already.

14.9 also seems to have a decent amount of issues with lighting, could be that causing problems with starmade for you.
