Registry Uplink Not Working

I'm trying to log into my account so that I can play on a server, but whenever I try, it says that it 'could not establish a connection'. However, the website says that the registry is online. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Exactly, please create a ticket and attach the logstarmade.0.log from your starmade/logs directory.
We can look for the exact error then.
